The Lord Bagenal Inn is a family run four star hotel catering for mostly a local trade. A business catering for all aspects of local family functions, and special events. I understand the importance of always providing a warm welcome to our guests and of maintaining our facilities to the highest standards. In an effort to maintain the highest possible standard we used polished marble throughout most of the public area’s of our hotel. The marble floor of our lobby area in particular has the ‘wow factor’ that guests expect of a four star hotel. To keep the floors in pristine condition we employ the services of House of Stone. The company are experts in the field of natural stone care and maintenance and I have been more than satisfied with the outstanding work they have done at the hotel. I would highly recommend House of Stone to anyone looking for service in this area.

I hired the House of Stone to restore my marble mosaic floor. The floor looked very dull and the grout joints were dirty. I was absolutely delighted with the job they did. My floor now has a lovely shiny appearance and the grout joints are clean. I was very impressed with the cleaning and polishing job House of Stone did on our marble mosaic floors. The floors were laid down several years ago and since then they had become dull and dirty. I recently purchased a house which had being vacant for some time and in need of refurbishment. The floors in particular were in very poor condition and I had considered replacing them. I am glad I chose not to. Instead I hired House of Stone to clean and restore them and I am amazed with the results they achieved. The travertine floors in the hall and livingroom were dull and dirty. They were also full of holes. Now they look shiny and new and the holes are no longer visible. I am also delighted with the work done on the slate floor in the kitchen area. It had been a depressing dull grey and was stained and dirty. Now after deep cleaning and the application of a special coating the floor has a lovely deep tone that highlights all the natural colours of the slate. I was very impressed with the work carried out by House of Stone. The firm offers a very professional service in the area of stone cleaning and restoration and I would have no hesitation in recommending them
